Avecto are now searching for a Technical Solutions Specialist (TSS)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Person who is looking to move into a customer facing technical role, to join our established US territory.

Our global pre-sales team has been built over the last 8 years with relentless ambition and a drive towards success and now we are approaching the next FY with just as much desire.

Role summary

Leading from the front you will be delivering product demonstrations in web meetings, webinars and onsite meetings in conjunction with our Senior Account Managers.

You will liaise with customers at a senior level to build relationships, understand requirements and most importantly, assist our Senior Account Managers in selling our product!

Collaborate with Strategic Channel, Alliance & SI partners

Installation and configuration of the software in Evaluations, Proof of Concepts and Pilot implementations for potential customers and partners of Avecto.

Provide technical assistance in the production of customer RFPs.

We need somebody who has a history of absorbing business processes and can adapt quickly to a fast growth environment.

Assisting with corporate/technical tradeshows and events in the US

Experience requirements

We are looking for a candidate with extensive technical experience such as a technical support engineer or project implementation consultant, ideally with experience in the IT security landscape and strong Windows experience.

Not only do we want somebody with a love of technology but also a commercial awareness of the technology space.

We would like you to have experience delivering webinars and onsite technical demonstrations as we do use a blend of both.

Active Directory Group Policy knowledge is advantageous for this position, but we will consider candidates who are looking to move from another technical arena.

A working knowledge with Microsoft product range and Windows OS is essential.

Exposure to the security market or at least a genuine interest in the space would be an advantage.

Ability to travel across the US, as well as some international travel maybe required.

Good communication skills are an absolute must for us - we like people who love to talk and who can work well in a team.
